A subscriber website designed to provide a compilation of all social events for all ages and interests in a specific geographical area to not only assist planners scheduling their major events but to provide dates, times, locations for patrons and attendees wanting to attend events, support organizations and schedule their personal plans around community functions.

Privacy Policy:
SetXSocialCenter.com does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes at any time or for any reason.

Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online, in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Your information is transmitted on servers located in the United States, and your data and your personal information are protected against unauthorized access and disclosure.

Fees:
As consideration for the Services purchased by you and provided to you by SETXsocialcenter.com, you agree to pay SETXsocialcenter.com a monthly or annual fee, depending on which payment plan you signed up for. If you signed up for a monthly payment plan, your monthly billing date will be determined based on the day of the month you establish your account with SETXsocialcenter.com unless that date falls after the 28th of the month in which case your billing date will be the 28th of each month. If you signed up for an annual payment plan, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you provide us 60 days notice prior to the end of your current Agreement. SETXsocialcenter.com will automatically renew your service when it comes up for renewal and will charge the credit card you have on file with SETXsocialcenter.com, at SETXsocialcenter.com's then current rates. Payment is to be made by you providing a valid credit card for charge by SETXsocialcenter.com (the “Payment Method”). Payments are non-refundable. If for any reason SETXsocialcenter.com is unable to charge Your Payment Method with the full amount of the Service provided, or if SETXsocialcenter.com is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to Your Payment Method, you agree that SETXsocialcenter.com may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment. In the event that you exceed the scope of the Services as set forth in your Agreement, you shall pay SETXsocialcenter.com for such additional service not within the scope of your Agreement as specified. SETXsocialcenter.com reserves the right to charge a reasonable service fee for administrative tasks outside the scope of its regular services. These include, but are not limited to, customer service issues that cannot be handled over email but require personal service, and disputes that require legal services. These charges will be billed to the Payment Method we have on file for you.

Refund and Return Policy for Contributions:
Our subscription and advertising services are paid monthly and/or annually in advance and are not refundable. 

Availability of Services:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SETXsocialcenter.com shall attempt to provide its Services for twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week throughout the term of this Agreement. You agree that from time to time the Service may be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, without limitation: (i) equipment malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs which SETXsocialcenter.com may undertake from time to time; or (iii) causes beyond the control of SETXsocialcenter.com or which are not reasonably foreseeable by SETXsocialcenter.com, including, without limitation, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks network congestion or other failures. You agree that SETXsocialcenter.com has no control over the availability of Services on a continuous or uninterrupted basis.

Intellectual Property:
Except as expressly stated elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement does not grant you any rights in to its Services and all rights are reserved by SETXsocialcenter.com . You agree that the Service, the names and logos of SETXsocialcenter.com and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans, are the property of SETXsocialcenter.com, and that you are not authorized to use any of them in any advertising, publicity, or other commercial venture without the prior written consent of SETXsocialcenter.com. You are responsible for ensuring that your Web site conforms to all local, state, federal, and international laws. Further, you are responsible for securing permission to use any copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise legally protected images, text, or other Web site elements that are not provided by SETXsocialcenter.com. You affirmatively acknowledge that SETXsocialcenter.com is relying on your representation concerning your proper use of all content on any Web site you create or control. If your Web site includes GIF images and you are NOT using the Application, you must ensure that your GIF images are licensed by Unisys or were created with Unisys Authorized Software. Moving your Web site from one hosting server or provider to another is your responsibility.

General Advertising Policy:
SETXsocialcenter.com reserves the right to reject any advertisement for any reason, at its sole discretion. SETXsocialcenter.com will not guarantee positioning of an advertisement unless position is paid for. SETXsocialcenter.com will accommodate position requests where possible. However, no refunds, adjustments or rerun will be made due to the position of an advertisement. SETXsocialcenter.com reserves the right to change the rate with thirty (30) days notice to the Advertiser. The Advertiser may either accept the rate change or cancel the contract. The Advertiser must provide the Publisher with written notice or any cancellation within the thirty (30) day notice period. Said cancellation will be effective on the first day the new rates become effective. The Advertiser will be deemed to have accepted the new rates if he continues to advertise after the new rates become effective. 

All advertising will be prepaid. A composition fee will be charged for any and all changes made after the advertising copy deadline. SETXsocialcenter.com shall not be liable for any error in or any omission of any advertisement published or ordered to be published under the terms of this contract unless a proof of such advertisement is requested in writing by the customer. The proof must be returned to SETXsocialcenter.com with the error and correction clearly noted in writing on the proof or written notification to SETXsocialcenter.com of the omission. If any error or omission properly brought to the attention of SETXsocialcenter.com is not corrected, SETXsocialcenter.com’s liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed: (a) a proration of the entire cost of the advertisement as the space occupied by the noted error bears to the whole space occupied by such advertisement where there has been an error; and (b) a rescheduling of the advertisement to run at the Advertiser’s cost where there has been an omission. Under no circumstances shall SETXsocialcenter.com be liable for general, special or consequential damages where there has been any error or omission. Any error or omission must be brought to the attention of SETXsocialcenter.com within fourteen (14) days of the publication. Cancellation of advertising can be accepted only up to the advertising copy deadline.

Currency:
All Payments and Product Purchases are in U.S. dollars.

SETXsocialcenter.com’s Rights:
SETXsocialcenter.com explicitly reserves the right and sole discretion to: (i) modify its pricing through email notification; (ii) terminate your Service for unsolicited, commercial e-mailing (i.e., spam, sending email to subscribers who have not “opted-in”); illegal access to other computers or networks (i.e., hacking); distribution of Internet viruses or similar destructive activities; non-payment of fees; activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm, abuse, threaten, slander or harass third parties; activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories in which you conduct business; activities designed to encourage unlawful behavior by others, such as hate crimes, terrorism and child pornography; activities that are tortuous, vulgar, obscene, invasive of the privacy of a third party, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; activities designed to impersonate the identity of a third party; and activities designed to harm minors in any way, and other activities whether lawful or unlawful that SETXsocialcenter.com determines to be harmful to its other customers, operations, or reputation;  and (iii) terminate your Service if your use of the Service results in, or is the subject of, legal action or threatened legal action, against SETXsocialcenter.com or any of its affiliates or partners, without consideration for whether such legal action or threatened legal action is eventually determined to be with or without merit.
