The Self Advocates are a part of The Texas Advocates. The Self Advocates are an organization of Adults ages 18 and up with and without developmental disabilities run entirely by it's members. The organization's goal is to improve the quality of life for people living with disabilities in Southeast Texas through leadership, education, and community service opportunities.
